intake manifold

Was wondering if a integrated type r intake manifold will make any difference on a b18c4
 
Oh right is there much point changing them and if so best go after market
 
Anything is better flowing than a c4 apparently.
Skunk2 have a copy of the ITR , not sure on the name.
Then you get a bunch of better ones from the skunk2 ultra and edelbrock etc.
