Hmmm didn't really wanna do this but going to possibly be having to do a lot more miles a week. I currently only use the car for weekends so it doesn't get driven very often & so looking to 'downgrade'.
*General info*
1996 JDM Integra Type R
82,500 miles as she stands
2nd UK owner (been in the country about 18 months - 2 years)
MOT until Feb 2008
Tax will have 6 months from next month...
*Modifications*
Buddy Club carbon fibre bonnet
Buddy Club short shifter
Spoon progressive lowering springs
Spoon rear strut brace
Kakimoto cat-back exhaust
Racing Hart CP-035 15" alloys wrapped in Toyo Proxy T1-R's (one of, if not the lightest alloys you can get)
Tenzo R seats
Blaupunkt Casablanca head unit (supports all the usual + has MMC slot + USB connector)
Window tints all round which are quite light (except windscreen)
Slight engine dress-up (Spoon reservoir covers, annodised blue bolts used in places, silicon vacuum hosing, new earthing kit)
*Added info*
The condition of the car is very good for it's year and recently had front bumper resprayed. I've also had a new Exedy OEM clutch fitted. The shifter nob is still OEM as I know many JDM imports come over with them missing. I have also semi-stripped the boot for ease of disconnecting the aerial when I want to and also because I just perferred the look of the rear boot with the plastic out although can replace easy enough! The Type R decals have also been removed - the sides were already removed & I jet washered off part of the rear one and so took it off completely - I personally perfer the cleaner look but each to their own.
Regarding servicing: I've only changed the oil once in my relatively short ownership of the car and I replaced it with Millers fully synthetic 10w40 tripple ester oil as recommended by a good friend of mine. The car doesn't use a drop of oil either! Car will be getting another service before she goes again with the Millers but I will also have the tappets adjusted (as per every 40,000 miles).
I think that's about it. Will update thread with better pictures hopefully this weekend when the weather improves!
I'm after a run about so perhaps a VTi or SiR as close to standard as possible or even a Jordan! Mileage doesn't bother me but I'd like a FSH or as full as poss. Will also consider maybe even a smaller engine.
PRICE: I'm after £5,500 minimum.
Thanks for looking guys don't hesitate to PM me for questions etc. I've only advertised it here and CivicSportsClub as I have a little while to sell yet.
