Awrite guys, my engine mods are:

apexi power intake panel filter in stock airbox (soon to have resonators etc removed)
ARC intake chamber
Maxim works 4-2-1 header
Tanabe medalion concept g exhaust with decat

have a few other mods but thought theres no point listing them here lol

Anyway; i was wondering if it was worth while changing the ecu (or getting a piggyback) and getting it tuned with the mods listed or if i'm best to change more parts before spending money tuning??

While i'm at it mite aswel ask if anyone can recommend a tuner to me and/or a system to use??

I'm located in central scotland if it helps.

cheers :)

i woudlnt start going aftermarket ecu unless i did something internal like changed teh cams or something like that,

don`t go piggyback either in my opinion your better off with a hondata s300 or an apexi powerfc. hondata being my first choice..

Hondas run rich from factory, so yes, there is always more power to be made (and fuel savings) by remapping your ecu. You should notice a nice increase in torque with the mods you've done so far.

The Maximworks headers are a work of art. Post up some pics :)

tuning is never a bad idea, your just about at the point where a tune is needed as your next upgrades will definately require a tune.

Tuning is like the final thing I say to do when fitting mods, it fits all the pieces together properly and will then run well together. In an ideal situation, even if you just changed the exhaust on a car you would remap, to get the best out of it.
