just wont to know will itr valve an springs fit straght into a b18c4 head without having work done to the head ?

Please expand on your information, why is it needed and have you done this in the past?

Because valves and valve seats wear to eachother.

Grinding in valves is to seat them perfect in the valve seat and have full contact / good seal usually when refitting the same valves or 2nd hand

Cutting the seat is usually for new valves , cleans up the angles and as above gives full contact and a good seal.

Without a good contact you will burn a valve and or leak compression

This... basically to ensure a more or less perfect seal. Think about when people vacuum or liquid test combustion cambers/ ports? He could just fit them but if the engine is loosing compression then would he be benefiting from fitting them.?

:) Yes they will fit.
Whats the project? Me interested!

well my bottom spun a bearing and i needed to get a new crank and so on. so i bought a b16b rebuilt bottom end an using my b18c4 head but putting itr valve train and cams into the head. also have a 98spec itr manifold and skunk 2 inlet with a lightened flywheel. the only reason i havnt got a b16b head was because my friends has a teg thats hes in the middle of rebuilding and using better valvetrain and said i can have the valves, springs an all that for cheep:)
