Welcome to my advert for my integra type r. Unfortunately the time has come that one of the best cars i have ever owned has to go, and worse yet i am going to have to let it go for a lot less than it is worth as i need a really quick sale. I have put a deposit on a GTi-R and need the rest of the money, ideally by the weekend.....That is the only reason this car is so cheap. The milage is complicated but genuine so bear with me. It was imported with 116,000 km (with jumvea certificate), when it was converted to mph. When i bought it last year it was reading 137,000, so had done 116k km and another 21k miles, when i bought it there was a problem with the vtec sometimes not working which was caused by the speedo converter so i removed it, it has, since then been reading in kilometres all the time i have owned it and is now showing 151,000, so in total it has done 130,000km, and 21,000 miles which works out at 101,600 miles or 163,870 kilometers (multiply kilometres by 0.62 to get miles and divide miles by 0.62 to get kilometres)

Good Points
Full MOT, done yesterday.
6 months tax bought yesterday.
Mechanically perfect, engine uses very little oil (under half a litre between changes and has always been changed with quality oil every 3-4000 while i have owned it), gearbox is very tight, absolutely no crunching, LSD works perfectly, back bushes are good, no mechanical problems to note.
98 spec OEM stainless 4-1 exhaust manifold and 98 spec ECU to take full advantage, as it has the correct fuel and ignition maps for this manifold. You get a "Genuine" Honda quoted 5% extra torque midrange with this combo (This is what Honda did to make sure the newer heavier 98 spec with bigger wheels wasn't slower than the 96 spec, but when used on a nice light 96 spec with light 15 inch wheels you really reap the benefits. This Car is very quick for a near standard car.
Light weight version, No ABS, No Airbags, No Rear wiper, although it does have fully working and freshly regassed (last summer) air conditioning. My perfect spec to be honest.
98 spec back bumper, this really improves the look of the rear of the car and is £333 off Honda unpainted and very sought after.(i know because i have had to buy a brand new one before for my 98 spec)
Full Set of original mats, interior is very good, no holes in the dash, very presentable, slight bit of wear on drivers recaro bolster but passenger side is mint and once the bolster is repaired on the drivers side that will be pretty mint too (new foam is about £27 iirc and there are guides of how to fit on the net)
Jumvea certificate to prove the milage at import which was Feb 07.
Paint on rocker cover still nice and red, not all flaked off.

Bad points
One of the wheels is a bit bent/buckled, It shakes the steering when on the front but you cant really feel it on the back like it is now. Tyres could are all legal but could do with replacing as they are just old ones i had laying about in my garage. If i had time i would have got this sorted but i have been busy getting the MOT etc and now it has to go. Also the paintwork on the wheels isn't the best, they have just had a quick blow over in championship white as they looked really scabby and let the car down badly, at least they now look bright and clean and 1000 times better than they did, you will just notice its not a quality job up close.
Usual stone chips/scratches for age of car, nothing serious, a very light crease on the back quarter which i have only noticed a couple of times in the 8 months or so ive had the car (about 10cm long and a little bit of paintwork chipped off the lip of the arch(been touched up), can provide photo's, it really is very minor though, a little ding on the leading edge of the bonnet, being honest white cars hide small marks well and every time i am walking towards the car, i never noticed the minor flaws, just how good the car looks over all.
Head lights are showing their age, both have small hairline cracks which you can notice up close but to be honest they look as good as most tegs i have seen at this age, passed the MOT fine.

Thats it i think, anything else i think of i will add it, any questions just ask, any more pics just ask.
I don't expect this car to be around for long at this price, so be quick.
Price is £3000 WITHOUT THE RECARO'S and civic eg vti seats in their place, just so you have something to sit on. absolutely no offers, the only way you will get the car cheaper is for me to remove parts for the sale.(which i might consider if its parts i can sell quickly and easily), I can include the red Recaro's in the pics for an extra £350, so the total price would be £3350. (which is still rediculously cheap)
This has to be the cheapest, full mot, taxed, drivable jdm dc2 EVER....and it's not even a bad one.
GENUINE BARGAIN

Things i might take in part ex include
K20 -> DC2 wiring conversion harness
DC5R/EP3R drive shafts
DC5R shifter box
DC2 3 inch exhaust
Nice brakes/suspension for my other DC2
Gtir Uprated brakes/suspension/power fc
Very cheap car, which needs to be as well priced as my teg and no more than about 1k

The engine conversion alone is worth around £2300 (especially with the 98 bits)
That means you are only paying an extra £700 for the rest of the car if you take it without the recaro's
These cars are worth a fortune in parts, and although it would be a shame to break it there is deffinately money to be made.
This car is worth well in excess of £4k if i didn't need a quick sale, but i need it to be gone. Be quick, at this price it wont hang about.

Probably quicker to ring me on 07834 730304 if you are desperate to get hold of me
