hello everyone
Before i get into this, I did google this and didn't find anything.
So, if you'll know a tread that exist please point me in the right direction.
I bought a set of jdm mirror and was going to install on my Ek9 DX hatch. Then I came across my first problem. The mirrors have bolts (did not come with my mirrors) and not nuts to bolt on tread like the stock usdm have. Anybody know what kind of bolts these use? Or do I swap the usdm tread to put on the jdm mirrors?

Thanks for you'll help
Mike

They are a 5X12 (metric) phillips drive pan head machine screw with a washer. They should be available at your local hardware or fastener store. They're not available from Honda U.S. (at least under the correct part number). They are available here though: http://jp-carparts.com/honda/partlist.php?maker=honda&type=CIVIC 3D&cartype=22853&fig=B&fig1=4302 ... #21 in the diagram.
Just so you know, you won't be able to see properly with the RHD mirrors on a LHD vehicle either, unless you're converting to RHD. You should get LHD EDM mirrors instead. They look exactly the same, have optional defrost and will allow you to adjust and see properly.

Also, if you have a 2000 USDM hatch it's an EJ6. Please refrain from calling it an EK9 as they are very different. Most members here have real EK9s and it can be confusing when recommending advice and/or parts.

Thank you for info
I read the issue with mirrors in a another thread. But unfortunately I have the jdm mirrors already.
