just got my ek9 rs

got my ek9 yesturday. commin down the motorway hit 120mph n it cut out. take it its restricted?? also any sugestions on ecu's? e.g what one to go for and where is the best place to get them?

Yeah, the restriction is standard in Japan, gentlemens agreement. You can chip your ecu. If you wanna do any mods it might be handy to just leave it this way and after a few mods chip and remap it. Save you some costs.
