K series gearbox help/info needed for kswap

Okay guys, i bought a k20 this morning for my ek,now i need to get a box sorted.

Ive been offered a gearbox from an accord type s (k24z3) for £200 . Seems like a good price too me.

Now my questions are:

1. Does it fit?
2. What are the ratios like?
3. What is it like compared to the standard ep3 gearbox
