Cheers man, its strangely satisfying.

**** myself though, the ripper cutter came so close to those cap heads when cutting the profile!

Luckily working for Renishaw I have access to some great kit and people. Including an inspection cycle in a 1 off is pretty unusual :)
 
wow! was that autocad you used? I remember using that in school, can't remember what I designed but I sure enjoyed doing it! really cool updates
