haha me too man, my replacement gaskets just turned up so hopefully I can start putting it back together fully on Saturday, then I'll be ordering my anodized fittings and braided piping.... Just waiting on these damn mounts so I can get it in there and move things on.

I sold my s80 to a friend of mine recently... and with the money I decided to get the one bit I always wanted in a k swap setup.

So Monday I have this arriving which I'm pathetically excited for haha

Decided to get the box in better shape today, a few hours of wire wheeling and tfr with some vht black enamel paint and I had this.

got my shifter, sadly it has some damage to it so I'm in the process of trying to sort that out :(

Oh really? Just cosmetic damage or structural?
 
Only cosmetic but for the money it costs without the cables too ive got to be picky
 
Ktuned shifter issues are hopefully sorted, just waiting on a replacement piece

Bought myself some Hasport drive shafts and a shifter cable plate to tidy up the cables entry to my shifter through the firewall

Dc2 front frame conversion is all done and it's back on all 4's now, it took a little while because I neglected to purchase the suspension forks, I also took the opportunity to fit my bwr lca's and tidy up the rear subframe a little while it was in the air, and my hybrid oil cap turned up :p not vital at this stage but I couldn't resist ordering one.

things are coming along slowly, still mainly parts gathering while I wait for my conversion mounts, which I'm told are being machined this week, and I'm trying to arrange someone to trailer the car to the painters as another guy I had lined up has let me down unfortunately.

Engine looks smart with the mix of gloss and Matt black, would like to k swap mine eventually,

It won't be ground breaking by any means but I'm aiming for 'nice' and hope I don't swing a miss.
 
That shifter is the only reason I want to k swap in the near future
Good progress , the black engine looks great too, may copy when I k swap
 
haha immitation is the sincerest form of flattery so I've heard, I was a bit skeptical of the black and I originally painted the block silver but I figured he who dares.

Ktuned Harness landed from HTune today..... still no joy getting the bay painted tho :(
