Hi, I'm thinking of going to look at this EK9 at the weekend, the seller won't budge on price as he has spent a lot on the car which is understandable.

Do you guys think the car is worth the asking price? The shell sits on 70k miles and not 60k, will it hold value? As I know people tend to go for fresh imports. Any help would be appreciated .

Thanks

But, you know what they say, you never get your money back from modifying a car. He's obviously trying. I wouldn't personally pay that much, £12k can get you a lot of better cars. £7k at a push, if you're thinking of having it as an investment or something then no chance of holding it's value without the original engine.
What is it then, a B18c6 since he claims it's a DC2 engine, but in the ad states a C4 ? I'm sure Chrome software doesnt offer anti lag too.
DC2 brake all round why ? when they're the same as an EK9. Guarantee the skunk2 control arms are fake.

He uses words like "weapon" and "animal" in an advert. These are just my pet peeves, if you cant act professional and don't know the full details of your car I'd stay clear.

Each to their own though.

Thanks for the info mate , I do feel the price is on the strong side your right about mods not adding value but more and more people seem to think it does these days, I'm relatively new to the Honda scene is there any nice ek9s for sale that you know of?.

I don't unfortunately, you can speak to Torque GT about importing a fresh one in or have a browse on the facebook pages but rarely does a clean example come up on there. Rare to find a decent one.
