Looking to get over 200bhp

hi im currently looking to get my car up to 200 bhp, so can any one tell me what mods i will need to do or post up your spec and what kind of power you have. i read all the basic mods thread but i want a more direct approach :nice:

Maybe it's handy to start off with which car you have / confirming that you have a 9. Then stating which mods you have already and what kinda results they give. And start off with searching cause these kinda topics have been covered many times ;)
 
good question JT, no one even knows what engine he has.
 
also maybe find out what bhp your running at at the moment, then you know how much of a task you have!!
 
Right, the engine would be a great help, along with what drivetrain you're running to see how well you may be putting it down. Also how/who/and on what you're planning on using for tuning makes a big difference.
 
to confirm i do have an ek9 . currently has a cold air induction kit std other than that, standerd ek9 gearbox it has a mugen diff but thats it .
 
Remove weight from the car. Cheap and the same effect.

Like said could start trying to lighten it depends on how practical you want it. Could then find out what induction you have and if its any good as the one that was on my 9 was actually ristricting it. then could move on to changing the manifold into decat or sports cat with a good exhaust on there to free it up a bit. Thats about as far as my knowledge would go im sure other people will be able to tell you about cams n ecu's n all that stuff.
