ok i changed all my plugs and changed the dizzy was working good then started its s**t the day again. The first time it hapened with the 1st dizzy it wasnt picking up revs no power and dying on me then strugling to start. This time its just low revs occasionaly no power and sounds like its running on 3 cylinders and then kicks into life again and all normal. So its not cutting out and its just occasionaly doing it now im changing the leads on friday will see how that is but is there any other ideas im needing anything the now starting to lose my temper haha

Plug out your 02 sensor next time it happens if leads don't cure it and see if it runs better

Its the sensor on the exhaust manifold - you can reach in behind your inlet manifold to find the plug to disconnect it.

check ur injectors are workin cause there on the same plug as the dizzy unlug injector turn it over and check the resistance by using a multimeter check each one. if not unplug dizzy and check the 10th pin in the plug connector and turn it over to rule out that and check u coil is sparking right

sorry guys forgot about this thread i cleaned all my connections and is running sweet as a nut now thanks so much for your help guys really appreciated

What did you sort out, your o2 sensor?
I put new dizzy cap, rotor arm, magnecore ht leads, still sounds like its running on 3 cylinders sometimes around 2-3k rpm
