low temp fan switch

My ek9 came with a low temp fan switch, and the fan comes on at82 degrees according to my techtom.

Im not sure if it has a lower temp thermostat. As long as my engine oil sits at around 88-90 degrees should i worry about my coolant temp being 10 degrees lower than oem.

Short and sweet lol. Im assuming it has a thermostat to match. I was just worried about it running rich because the coolant was running cooler than usual
