Hey guys. What options are there for lowering the OEM seats? I feel like it would be great to sit a little lower but I’m uncertain on the options. TIA

I know dc2 sit lower than ek9 but then u have 1 rear inner bolt that doesnt get a bolt through without modification.
A friend of mine has spoon rails which is even lower than the dc2 rails

I had a DC2 SR3 seats on DC2 rails in my EJ and to me it felt absolutely perfect. I had to modify it a bit(cut, weld new piece and drill a hole) in order to bolt it properly. I much prefer the OEM seat rails than any aftermarket rails.

P.S: I have never tried any other seat rails for the SR3 Recaro, but the hight, movement and overall experience was great and I never felt that I have to change it for any aftermaket seat rail. Unfortunately can't say the same about my bucket seats and aftermaket seat rails :)

I was looking at this a couple days ago. Bride do a version of their rails that lower the OEM seats along with Spoon and FEELS.

It's very difficult finding info on the OEM option as most rails are for side mounted buckets, which is annoying.

I was looking at an aftermarket seat rail really, I don’t think I’d get a DC2 rail and mess with it for it to match. I haven’t been able to find a Bride version, how much are they?

Not certain on the price of the Spoon or Feels rails, not seen a set pop up really.
