lowering springs

alright guys need a bit of help where is the best place to find lowering springs and what types easy on the wallet but also good. and how much should i be looking to pay to get them fitted? from paisley near glasgow in scotland if anyone knows anywhere :nice:
 
cheers mate is he on the forum or is this his garage name? was thinking 60mm at the front and 50mm at the back what u think?
 
depends what size wheel etc your running.

cool ill check it out mate. would he supply and fit? would be goin for 15"s probs. add the basics to the body probs type r front and rear lip?

They are really easy to fit mate. Me and my mate done mine in 3 hours. All you need is a socket set and spring clamps or 16 heavy duty cable ties :nerv:
 
lol im not really car mechanic minded mate i wouldnt want to mess about with stuff like that its alot of money to waste
