This might sound like a really stupid question sounding like "which one is best" but just wondering as there are loads of different manifold/headers out there but there are some which are 4-2-1 manifolds that removes the cat and there are ones that are 4-2-1 but bolt onto the cat. Say for example that toda did two versions of their racing manifold, one being the 4-2-1 bolting straight onto the centre pipe and the other version being a shorter 4-2-1 bolting onto a decat pipe (where the cat would normally be), would the performance figures/gains be the same?
