As a fellow honda owner thats one thing thats always killed me.

All the work you could do to restore/preserve the car and ppl will jus look at it goin "where did u put all the money?"

Haha you know what i mean all the small bits like touch ups an that really make a difference. Also fair play for tackling the rust and fixing it rather than goin "oh its ****** il break it" #gowls

So good job basically an much respect was all i was sayin with all my waffle hahaha

It's all the stuff you don't see that preserves the car, I couldn't bring myself to break it there isn't many left now! Plus I want something fun and responsive to throw round the track this seems a good option! Hahaha

Sorry for no updates here you go!

Ok so it has been a while, I have been doing alot of other stuff and I found ALOT of horror

So Where do I start

I set about ripping the doorcards off to see what is underneath! First I had some cheap chinese 'tweeters' Go the straight off!

Then I got the cards off, and removed all plastic and glue and all the sound deadening stuff

These are doing well

Got it all cleaned up and started spraying the wipers as they had gone chromey like from wear and tear!

Also cleaned and sprayed up loads of brackets at the same time! All blaaaaackkkkk 8)

Wanted a shot of it completley(ish) bare

Then the horror ............

This is all over the back where the boot floor meets the upright part

So I had the car on the jack at one point and where the sill was fillered together, it has fell off the jack (LUCKY the wheels were on and even more LUCKY i was stood up and not under the car!!!!!!!)

As you can imagine I am pissed off, I was sold a car that had all the work done.....And what I have been sold is a car full of filler COVERING everything up, cowboys.....My hard earned has been spent on something that is worth next to nothing.

I have had my mate round to check the extent of the work that will need doing, he is going to chop the sills off to have a proper look! And we will be taking it from there, he is a god of a man soI am sure he is more than capable of it!

Dude sorry to hear but uv gone this far if you have the money id fix it **** happens least ul know what u have if you get it all fix.

These are gone as rare now.

Major crooks, and if I see anyone going to buy anything from the guy I bought this from I shall let them know

I've sorted all this filler not grinded everything back and Kurust everything and fixed it all, still looks a bit shabby but it's all I had to work with plus it's a character of the car I suppose haha
