master bushing set

just bought a energy suspension master set, has any got these bushes fitted? if so a few "how to's" would help :)
 
i would recomend the hardrace bushes to anyone over poly, i have a mixture of hardrace suspensionbushes spoon motormounts and the car is solid but still compliant at the same time, best 250quid i spent onmy ek4
