MCR-VTEC XIX - November 14th

The next MCR-VTEC BIG MEET is coming.......November 14th 2010


We will meet!

We will take pictures!

We will catch up!

We will drink coffee.....

but above all we will drive!

For those who haven't been to a MCR-VTEC meet feel free to trawl through other MCR-VTEC meet threads or some of the pics in the other sections of the forum or simply 'Google' us.

We're not about driving like muppets or elbows out of the window whilst we annoy the world with sub-standard drum & bass. We meet up, catch up with gossip and news, take pics and then go for a drive to a food stop pub along a pre-planned route.

New attendees are always welcomed and it's a family friendly day (I take mine) where the drive out is totally at your discretion.

More details will follow a bit closer to the day.

Hi chaps, so we think we've found somewhere suitable (big enough) to start the meet at.

The initial hook up point will be at the West One Retail Park in Eccles. Classed as Eccles New Road in Eccles/Salford. We'll meet there at 12 noon and will hang around for a couple of hours maximum before setting off on the drive out. As always details of the drive out will be passed out before we set off.

There is a Subway and a McDonalds on the retail park if you're feeling peckish.

Forgot to add at the forthcoming meet (November 14th) I have a couple of bits to give away to the cleanest, shiniest car at the meet. Nothing spectacular but I can supply the winner with

* 500ml of Meguiars shampoo from their professional detailers range

* a wash mitt

*a panel pot of Dodo Juice Wax

*a foam applicator pad

* a couple of microfibre cloths

I'll select the best Dodo Juice wax that is suitable for the winners paint. Literally everything you need to keep your car looking lush.

Of course entry is free and I'll be judging the little competition at the meet point before we go on the drive out and get the cars all covered in crud. To be considered simply come and find me on the day (black ATR) and tell me who you are (forum name) and where your car is. At that point I'd like to get those that want to enter to park together for some photos and we'll feature the car on the MCR-VTEC forum. If all goes well we can run something like this at every meet.
