I sold a set of cams to hasan (above) and I was late sending them .

He sent me money through PayPal and I took it out to pay for the postage . He opened a PayPal claim on me as he said he never received them ..

I sent them and supplied him with a tracking number and I know he got them .

I've heard no word from him since

Problem is I was never online or in PayPal and the claim was raised to a dispute case and I was never online to send PayPal the tracking number

Now he was deemed the favourite party by PayPal and my account is now - 200 Gbp

I emailed PayPal and said the only way is to contact the user and he pays me back or bring him to court

I went to my solicitor the other day . He said I will get my money back and hasan will be summons to court and he will have to pay all legal bills and cost him a lot more in the long run ..

I rang him and got no answer on Monday and text him saying he has to restore my account by Friday (tomorrow ) before I take legal action


I got no reply .

This is my last way of contacting hasan as I see he is regularly online here ..

I will leave it a few more days and he will be sent a court date as ice all his details and proof he is stealing from me ..

Bastard, this kinda thing pisses me off big time. People now days allways want something for nothing. Hope you get your money back bro. This guy needs banning.
