Mirror Interior triangle pieces and Washer hose connectors

Hiya, im looking for the triangle pieces that go on the inside of the mirror that attach to the door. Also, the straight connector which basically attaches one of the washer hose to the other!

One has slight scratches on the bottom, otherside is mint.
