Quick query for those in the know regarding MSA engine regs:

Does this exclude fitting a B16B to an EK4?
I take it as meaning you cannot use anything other than a B16A2, but not entirely sure, surely any B16* could be considered the same type?

MSA 2010 Yearbook said:11.5.1 For Road-Going Series Production Cars, the cylinder block and cylinder head must remain in the original position and be of the original type and material. Induction is free, as are exhaust systems, but must remain in the same capacity class as the original car or the manufacturer's specified option for the model and engine.
