Hi folks,

About 5 months ago I bought this Mugen suspension for my '96 EK4 from a local JDM import shop here in the Netherlands.
It was 2nd hand and the only info I got from them is that they imported it in as good as new condition.

I don't know what series they are, all I know is that they're adjustable in ride height and stiffness.
Don't know any spring rates either.

The Civic has dropped about 5cm max which is about 2 inches (if i'm correct).
And the level of stiffness can be adjusted with 8 clicks.

It's really a very good set which gives both comfort and grip.

Since Mugen is very rare in the Netherlands I was hoping if some of you know this set and have some more info for me.
Can't find any info on the web either since I don't know the series.
I think they're out of production aswell.

Cheers,
Jurriën

Showa is the OE supplier of some suspension components from Honda. Both mugen and Spoon have tapped Showa to make uprated shocks under their names.

Those that you have in your hand are out of production, but i think they have some for the newer civics, overall though they are good suspension, the nice thing is that you got your hands on the 8-way adjustable, there are some Mugen suspension that are non-adjustable. you got your self a nice set.

how much did you end up getting this set for if you don't mind me asking?
