Hi Folks,
I have stock exhaust on at the mo....and a driveway that angles down from the pavement, so I have had to grind away a section of my tarmac and also have to drive on at an angle - so not to scrape....sometimes if I get it wrong it touches very lightly...

Question is - does the centre box on the Mugen sit a little lower than the stock? - its brand spanker new so don't want to scrape it!

Thanks

The center box is considerably a lot larger than stock, I had a couple scratches on oem ek9 absorbers.

Ok many thanks :nice:.....looks like I will have to get the grinder out and take more off the driveway :nerv:

Here's a picture of it when I removed it. There's no dent, but you see some light scrubs even though I was running on ek9 oem absorbers. I'm a careful driver by the way, so do whatever you could to avoid road bumps. Take a detour.

The b pipe definitely hangs lower than others. Ive had a few aftermarket exhausts, even a 2.75" system doesnt hang as low as the mugen.

Thanks.....yes this is similar to my OEM b pipe, just a little less, and on OEM absorbers.....
Take a detour to get on my driveway :wtf: lol!!....that would be through the hedge then!!! ;)

Yes mate, i have scraped on a number of occasions, however not with my standard suspension so you should be alright until you decide to go low :naughty:
