All depends if you want to go for the OEM Honda lips or replica ones, 2nd hand or new etc
The original honda ones are pretty expensive brand new, talkin well over £120 each, whereas replica ones you could probably pick up all 3 for around £200
It all depends if your car is facelift or pre-facelift dude, wat year is your car? the lips and grill came standard on the type-r but add ons for your car :))

my car aint type r mate only a 1.4 1997 standard green shitty lookin thing, love the type r tho insurance is too dear so would love to make mine resemble one until i cann afford lol

yeah thats what I mean man, so if you get the lips and grill then get it all colour coded your car will look like a type-r, oh and of course the type-r spoiler :)
If you dont fancy payin the full price for original honda parts you should just go for replica ones, end of the day its only your car until you get a 9. As for replica ones you could try...
- funkypower.com
- shuan@buddyclub (on here)
- Stew at Performance Parts Warehouse (also on here)

these 3 could sort your out with replica lips and grill no bother, your car being a 1997 means you will need to get pre-facelift lips and grill :nice:

funkpower ones are a poor fit :(

Ive never had them man but yeah ive heard that aswell :O
I got all mines from Stew at PPW today and all look spot on fit but will just need to wait and see when I get them on :))

Cheets kammy. Can you tell difference between replica and the real deal? Dont want it lookin nasty even tho it is only a 1.4

yes, there are numerous visual differances:

no rear wiper
window tints as standard
5 stud hubs
rear lights
front lights
rear plate recess
spoiler

and obviously the colour, EK9's only came in black, white, silver and yellow(best colour ;) )

just depends on where you get them from, they will most likely look the same man just depends on the fit. all the replica ones are gettin better these days, quite a few on here have reps :)
Jimbo above has a replica mugen style lip and is a very good fit! you have 2 choices really, either a mugen style or a type-r style just wat you prefer. should have a look at some of the people rides on here see wat you like :))
I've just bought replica ones for my 1.4, just came today

I'd pick stew from ppw for good price and fitment, ordered from funkypower before and fitment was so poor.
