Finally got round to taking some pictures.

For starters planning on getting a new exhaust system. Thinking either Apexi N1 or maybe RS*R... Any recommendations?

Thanks rvm, I was quite pleased of the condition it was in when it arrived in the UK. Had a look at a few when I was out to buy and this one was def the best for its age.

planning on heavily modding it or some quality bolt on's only?

To start off with just quality bolt on's. First on the list is def a zorst.
Then wheels, intake and suspension...

remember to make the right choice on suspension as ctr stock dampers r very well set up for daily & some track use...

btw... sorry but what does 'zorst' mean? lol :D
 
Yeh noticed the suspension setup was already pretty awesome. Ideally I'd want something that lowers the and can be setup to "comfortable ish" on road and good on the track...

Zorst = Exhaust btw, maybe that should be added to the Translation post. LOL

oh well u can always hve a look @ the Spoon springs for ek9 original dampers.... lowering the ride just 20mm!

i had them for some time now & i luv them :naughty:
 
I would recommand RS*R exhaust, great quality, JASMA approved and good poruct & technology! Apexo is also very good but after bankrott the company was down for a serval months with no Production in Japan and they just restarted production of N1 exhaust series on 1. December so they may have delivery problems in the beginning ;)
btw: greddy, 5zigen, Fujitsubo, M&M Honda, Toda and others also have great exhaust systems!!

Leaning towards RS*R at the moment.

Mainly looking for a system that comes with or can house a bung for motorway journeys. Otherwise I don't really mind it being loud.
 
its not what you mind bro, its what the local police mind lofl. a friend of mine took off the cat and made it completely straight through from manifold to the backbox of the RS*R. I was just so fu*in loud!!! and beautiful at the same time!! he got stopped a couple of times by the police so he had to take it off.
 
TBH the police round where I live won't care too much, and I want to have a loud one before they get completely banned.
 
in that case go for a loud one. an ek9 without a loud exhaust is like a chicken piece meal without sweet and sour sauce!!!
