Man I haven't bought anything from the states yet. My sister is out there til early september so I'm thinking if I need anything I'll get her to book me a suitcase and we'll bring parts home that way. Can take orders folks ;-)

But I have a hybrid racing contact in NI here so hopefully he'll square me up with what I need. Kpro's are fierce expensive :-( dont know how im ever going to afford one :-(

Kpros arent that bad mate, just look about. We just stuck in a hybrid racing order there, you could have jumped in with us. Is Will the guy who said hes the Hybrid racing NI dealer?

Aye that's him. I was just given his name and number from Ethan Furphy. Whats the story there anyway Jack, you'll know better than I will. Too late to jump in with an order?

Im not sure, we put the order in but ill let my mate know and see what he says, what are you looking?

I'll be needing mounts, rad hoses, induction kit, fuel rail at some stage. I'm pretty sure I can sort everything else without going overseas.

Quick question: Are DC5 cams the same as FD2 cams? & Are DC5 cams the same as EP3 cams?

No. They say DC5 are better than EP3 and supposedly FN2 are suppose to be better than DC5 AFAIK. I dont really look into them tbh.

Coming on well now lad . Love what your doing to her . The underseal looks to be a good job . How long did it take you to underseal her ?

took a right while. Easily 30+ hours taking the old underseal off, applying the primer and then stone chipping it. Ran out of the stonechip a few times, plus a few set-backs with uni exams and stuff meant if took a lot longer than expected. but progress is slow but steady I guess

just a bit of advice mate you need a jrsc pulley to allow you to run the dc5 pump as it wont allow the bonnet to close while your running on the top mounts ! , if your after a kpro ecu i might be able to get you one along with the 02 sensors !

Thanks for the heads up lad, I'll bear that in mind. Yea keep me in the loop via pm or facebook or something regarding the Kpro. I'm in no rush atm anyway as funds are low of themselves.

Small update:

I picked up this little beauty the other day. RBC intake Manifold. Should compliment my other mods nicely. Basically brand new condition and came with the throttle body adapter as well, which saves a few quid and hassle. I think i'll get the Hybrid Racing induction kit at some stage to finish off the intake.

Inspired by your own build Robby! Should have another small update in the next week then the bay should be away getting prepped for paint all being well.

Well hopefully we cross paths at some point, would be good to see around it.

The bodywork won't be as mint as many of the English examples on here, but its not bad either. But I'll be leaving bodywork until last. For now I just want this k20 on the road!! lol.
