just another update that i have done no pictures yet because my brother is in portugal with camera but i recently bought spoon coilovers adjustable dampers and springs and i have set it quite low now and also tryed you guys tips with wet and dry on the lights came out an absalute treat wee bit of polish and now they are gleeming cheerz guys pictures will be up soon as possible
 
How do you find the clearence on the rear arches with the wheels mate?

well its prety close the now i have it sitting just covering the top of the tyre but doesnt rub but it is pretty close
