Need help ek4 manifold + exhaust?

Hello all,
recently purchased an ek4 jordan, love it to bits only problem is the PO decided it would be a good idea to weld a straight pipe from the manifold.

So im looking to replace the whole system, headers back to fit a cat back in for mot purposes etc.

Whilst im on somewhat of a budget, I dont mind spending too much so I have a few questions.

Are there any specifics when looking for a header? will an ebay SS one match up to a stock cat for example? presuming theyre flanged?
will an ek4 vti catback such as the mugen twinloop, buddyclub etc match up or will the dimensions be different if i go for an aftermarket header?
