need help on unusual reving!?!?

hi guys. my civic was off road for around 6 months and now its back when im sitting at lights or stationary anywhere with engine on a rattle seems to come from my exhaust somewhere and the revs sit at between 1 - 2 without pressing the gas and drops revs until i press the pedal ? anyone know whats wrong with it?

dirty iacv valve? its on the back of the inlet or maybe a faulty connection somewhere

any ideas how to fix it ?

take the iacv apart by loosening the 2 10mm bolts, and clean it.
