Need help with TYPE R motors

Hi i am trying to get a jdm B18c R motor but i am really hesitating right now due to the fact that i do not know if the the engine even come in a OBD2a

Can anyone help me and tell me what year b18c R comes in obd2a and not obd2b im looking to get it out of a JDM ITR please help thank you.

ITR 95-97 JDM are OBd2a, but 4,4 FD less HP
ITR 98 JDM also OBD2A, FD 4.785 ,210HP
ITR 99 up JDM OBD2B

ITR 95-97 JDM are OBd2a, but 4,4 FD less HP
ITR 98 JDM also OBD2A, FD 4.785 ,210HP
ITR 99 up JDM OBD2B

99 and 00 JDM ITR are obd2a also it was only the USDM ITR's 99 up which were obd2b
