need some advice

im running a b16a(n/a) and hoping to get a new exhaust system,

1. Headers - what type of headers, which brand, will a copy be enough?
2. piping - diameter (inlet)
3. resonator - what type?
4. exhaust - prospecting for Tanabe super hyper medallion ( any feed backs? )
- what kind of resonator will it be compatible
- will it be loud if a make a full exhaust with out reso,
