Hello all,
I am new to Hondas mostly worked on Lexus and Toyotas and the odd American muscle. But I really love jdm basically got bitten hard by the jdm bug and I am quite happy about that. I am going to purchase a 1998 usd spec Honda civic hatchback EJ6, at this point I have three choices for a motor, I am torn between either a 98 b16b CTR, 98 B18C5 ITR, or a K20A DC5, know for the first of many concerns and questions. if I go with the K20A I would like to turbo it but that means a lot more cash, but I really like that idea of a turbo EJ6 with a 6SPD tranny
does anyone have this set up and could they give me some info on it thxs. second if I go with either the B16B or the B18C5 engines I would like to go all motor with maybe nitrous (doubt full) because of the high compression I think that turboing either of those engines would be a waste of time and money, I would rather build all motor if you could give me some input on those to engines that would be great. Also I am planning on doing basic first mods on the engines such as Cold air intake, headers and 2.5" exhaust on the CTR and the ITR engines, and air intake, full 3" exhaust on the k20A because of going turbo. I know I have just written a novel but if you could help me out that would be great thx allot lads cheers.
