Just looking for a bit of help, i've recently passes my test and got myself a 2000 Honda Civic unfortunately only a 1.4 but my insurance is about £1600 so i will get myself a Type-R next few years.I have a bad leeak in the driver rear footwell! Don't really want to put my new wheels, shockies springs and kit on until i locate the problem :angry2: any ideas? Cheers

Very strange place :nono: I have had on going fights with drivers front footwell and boot well.....for this area all i can suggest is trying to strip as much of the inside of the car out, get a mate to run a hose over it for ages while you are inside and try and find the leak!

Water is a pain in the ar$e! can get in anywhere!!!! Maybe a door seal or window seal??

yeah got a feeling its a driver window seal but got a dent in my driver door as someone bashed it in the car park, so looking out for a new door. Silver one if possible, anybody know somewhere in Scotland which might have one

Check it's not the rear light seals, mine leak and the water runs into the boot then under the rear seats then into the rear foot well causing some bad rust I'm going to have to get welded

cheers! goin to have a look this week see if i have any joy

front windscreen leaks and that fills front well then runs back to rear well, also sun roof gutters can leak
