Hi.
Well since I have started working on my little car perhaps it's time to stop writting in the Newbie section and start a project thread.

Ok here it goes.
I have always been in love with the EK9's especially the yellow ones.
Just a tiny teeny problem, I don't like driving on the wrong side.. (right side) since we have the steering wheel on the other side in Sweden.

So the next best thing is a EK4, but finding a yellow one, sold in Sweden is hard...
BUT NOW I HAVE!!!

It was in a ok shape but not terrible (a lot of our cars has a lot of rust thanks to the salty roads during the harsh Swedish winters)

It was bone stock except a homemade catback system. (but that has been changed ^^ )

The day I bought it, (not to yellow)

First thing in my mind was to change this to a LHD EK9 and that is still my goal.
But since I love trackdaying it has to be able to go around corners quickly as well.

So the first thing I did was to buy a couple of recaros from a DC2

After that came yellow Koni with extended tophats and better springs together with Energy suspension bushings pretty much everywhere.

I also bought and painted a new grill and rear wing. (EK9 ofcourse

And when they where fited i quickly realized that my paint was really faded so a trip to the autostore and bought myself a lot of Meguiars

So now the paint is looking brand new.

That was pretty much last summer

This winter I wanted to keep on working on my baby.

So I started collecting stuff.

OZ chronos 15x7" will work as track day rims for the time being.
So here they are after some fresh pain

Since I am going with OEM look, I bought myself ES engine mount bushings.

Honda Legend brake calipers. 282mm discs (new but been in the garage for over a year so needs a cleaning.
Yellowstuff and OEM brakepads with 80-90% meat on them.

Oh by the way. I just have to show you guys our (honda performance club sweden) lovely safety car.
This thing is more or less brand new with genuine stuff on it. and goes fast on the track aswell!
