Just realised I missed this bit when I joined (how rude of me!)

Hi, I'm Bill, a lab supervisor in electrical engineering, and a DC2 owner, JDM '97 with 200k on it, currently doing 24k a year commuting with it. Great little cars, properly practical, economical and simple to work on. it is mostly standard with a few little tweeks, the Honda access 5way adjustable suspension, tweeky camber adjusters front and rear, 16" SSR Type-Cs, 282 MB6 brakes, Toda exhaust and probably a few other bits I've forgotten.

The other half has an EK4 Jordan, we bought it 'lightly modded by a reputable garage' which means it had had some nice bits badly fitted and a re-map which basically consisted of bigger injectors, and Adjustable FPR to drop the pressure to stop it overfuelling and the engine light bulb being taken out! its back to std now and I've just re-bushed it, the brakes need over hauling next as one of the rears is a touch sticky (slider pins not piston), and surprise surprise the book leaks enough to keep a small family of koi in the spare wheel well! Sunroof drains I assume as the light seals are fine.

Anyway that is me...

Hi:thanks:

Welcome to the forum mate get some pics up :)

Have you checked where the boot joins the rear of car there is a couple of joins at the roof these sometimes crack and let water in so maybe check them?

Will do some piccies when the weather clears up and they have had a good wash!

Don't think its the boot/hinge area join as I've done that on the DC2 already. I'm fairly confident the EK is a sunroof drain issue as the drivers footwell doubles up as a paddling pool! its been parked on a kerb so all the crap will have drained that way.
