Does anyone have the individual voltage/resistances for the ECU pin outs?

Also, what pin out is measured for the oil pressure switch sensor on the back of the block? I've looked through the pin out data and can't seem to match it up. I read something about checking the EVAP purge control solenoid valve, or is it meant to be VTEC pressure switch?

All this is related to an ongoing and mind boggling idle issue that I am determined to track down. I'm also experiencing no VTEC except for when my idle is bang on 1100rpm, where it should be, but 99% of the time once up to temp the car idles at 1200/1300rpm.

I've checked TPS voltage (TPS brand new anyway), replaced IACV, vacuum leaks, replaced and checked CTS, checked VTEC solenoid, taken off and cleaned the solenoid (clean as a whistle anyway), checked ECU CEL codes (only getting EDL, because the car doesn't have one but the sensor is still wired into the loom), changed fan switch, changed thermostat, checked MAP sensor (brand new anyway), tried the car with oem EK9 ECU as opposed to my J's Racing ECU (made no difference).

Have you checked the 2 coolant temp sensors on the head?
One goes to the ECU the other goes to the dash temp gauge.
If the one going to the ECU is faulty it may not allow VTEC.

Yeh checked them both. Both appear to be working fine, when the ECU one is unplugged and the engine is started cold it starts, revs are a little high but die down to about 1500rpm. When started with the sensor unplugged and the engine is warm, car won't start, just flooded the engine. And getting a reading/buzz on the multimeter so pretty sure the sensor/wiring is fine.

Can you track the oil pressure switch wires, with your volt meter, back to the ECU plug?
Hunt and peck I guess...but that will not work if one of the wires are broken I guess.
