Oil Pump

Well i think my oil pump is on its way out, was just coming back from Glasgow there and noticed oil pressure reading quite low, when came off motorway i was on a b-road and decided to see if vtec worked, no vtec!

Oil pressure at 4000rpm when driving was 25psi, this is not right! Also noticed oil temp was just sitting under 100 degrees. Only really been that high when i have been driving hard, and today i was not. Only was doing 60-65mph on motorway

Checked oil level when i got home and it is right on the top mark, so there is plenty of oil in the engine

Im seriously thinking of putting b16b back in now!

Gutted mate, could maybe be a blocked pickup gauze if your lucky :/

Change genuine honda oil filter or HAMP.
Then check oil pick up.
