Where can i buy the likes of Honda 10w30 engine oil and the gearbox oil's from?

Opie don't sell Honda oil.

I don't even think Honda do anymore, it's just Castrol these days.

i couldnt even get 10w 30 the other day so i was pointed in the direction of some 5w 40 fully synthetic. seems to be good.

I use Silkolene Pro S 5w40, available from Opie Oils:

Same. Also been told that using this oil you will need to top up reguarly if driving hard. I've had it in my car for over 2 weeks now and almost everyday the car's seen 9400rpm more than once. Not needed to top up the oil yet

sorry hold on reading this back i am useing 5w 30 not 5w 40. still fully synthetic. As for consumption it does use a bit i drive the car to work and back a bit of easy driving and then some hard driving. put a bit in every 2.5 week i would say. less than .25 l
