wouldn't say your going to blow your box up because you wont but in comparison to hondas engines their gearboxs are like chocolate and they only take so much abuse before the bearings start getting noisy me and mates have plenty experience with putting refurb boxs into vtec civics at about 70 80k if car been driven hard.
