Ive since moved away from the honda scene and i'm not really in the know anymore. I have a B16b engine and running gear for sale and wordering what is todays going rate? Its got 86k on the clock when the car was smashed.

Probably about a grand depending on condition, extras etc

price does depend on what comes with it i.e complete conversion (loom gearbox shafts etc etc)

Hows it going mate? Been a long time, I ended up selling the 9 to a good friend who hit a deer and found a ditch via the roof! Broke my heart!

As for the engine, I have shafts and gear linkage but no loom. Box was faultless with a recent clutch kit. Engine also has a set of nology leads.

Been a very long time mate, couple years at least !

Sad outcome with your old car :(( was a beast as well.

Couple of years easy. Yeah i was a bit gutted although it wasnt even mine! I sold the ek9 for a 200sx s14a running stage 2. Was bags of fun! Then in all my wisdom joined the Royal Navy so got rid fo the nissan and bought a 106 rallye that was track prep'd as a cheap toy. Then i found out i was going to be doing a lot of miles and bought a fabia Vrs, moved closer to home and recently bought (your going to hate me now) a cup packed renaultsport clio 182. lol

Yours seems to have changed a lot since the last time i seen it! Link to a project thread?

Yeah man, oh dear that long road and at the end of it you ended up with a clio :D jokes.

The 9 i have just now is my 4th since i last seen you haha.
Sold my 1st cw and bought a flat.
Bought a dc5 didnt like it, sold it.
Bought a yellow ek9, sold it.
Bought a black ek9, sold it.
Now have my current one and its for keeps ;)

haha i know, i know! Still jap deep down, next purchase is an S15. I'll be honest though, the clio has a crackin chassis, very capable with a good lump of torque!

Jeez oh, thats quite an adventure! Surprised you werent keen on the DC5, i had a loan of a mates for a while and i quite liked it. Not as fun as a 9 though! Your latest one has some spec and looks clean!
