Hi all, looking for some help or info, my passanger door will not open from the outside or inside took it to a garage n the guy said the car thinks the door is open so this is why i cant use the handle!!?? has anyone else expierenced this or got any suggestions on how to help anything is much appreciated thanks! Jamie

There is an adjustable rod that clips in on the back of the handle. Either need adjusting or has come unclipped.

Ive seen problems with latch seizing up. When this happens the latch assembly will not release from the striker. If this is the problem it sucks because you have remove the door panel with the door closed! Either way the door panel has to come off to see what's going on

Yep, as above, my drivers side door seized, wouldn't budge whatever I did, had to remove the door panel, remove the central locking actuator, remove the outer lock casing to have a luck but still no joy. Ended up having to smash the lock off and replace it with a brand new one from Honda £60!
