plastic wind deflector thingys..

hey those plastic wind deflector things on the door.. do they come off. i dont like erm just wondering when iget my one if i can take them off?
 
are you referring to the rain gaurds? they mount to the very top of the window? if so yes, you can remove them and you can send them to me :)

Keep in mind that the reason for which these rain protective covers are installed, is because the area where the upper side of the window and the door touch each other when you close the window, is loosen(a couple of millimitres) after some use of these electric windows and in extreme weather conditions, water drops might penetrate the area there. No need to remove them my advice. :) Hey blinx9900, I guess you can wait for a lit of bit more right? :D :D Don't get :mad: bro, Jamie is a newbie here and needs help
 
Jamie trust em there usefull here in the uk lol u can have your window open a little without getting soaked when it rains etc :p
 
Blinx shame you aint in the uk, our local honda dealer has them on back order and available new for £57

those wind deflector or rain guard are very usefull, dont take them out.... :)
I want one of those :(
 
i throw away the ones i had in my evo III lol, the ones in the ek9 can be taken off easily :)
 
It does rain a lot where I live, but I wont get these for the sake of aerodynamic efficiency. I'm just weird like that.
