power steering problem

Hopefully somebody can help. The absolute clown who had my eg6 before me bodged up the steering system by taking off lines and blanking them. Only now it is leaking a lot and needs sorted. I have a rough idea on what needs done to fix it but all I need to know is this.

Is there a way of putting power steering fluid in somewhere on the rack? Maybe a bolt that can come off and like changing gearbox, a hose and funnel will need to be fed through bay.

Take it P/S has been removed right?

You dont want to be putting the fluid back if the P/S has been removed.
Get the OEM lines and plumb them back on so it acts like a breather or simply make up some hoses.
It sounds like the excess P/S fluid remaning in the rack is leaking out.

Sounds like he has bodged it, perfect excuse to make way for a faster ITR rack.
