Having a problem with the 2 rear d2 coilovers on the EK9.
Sounds like there's a clunking noise coming from both of them if i go over even the slightest bump/uneven surface in the road.
She passed the NCT no problems at all on the shocks so im confused now because there is no leaks or anything coming from them.
Definatley sounds like them anyway or could it be something else???
As i said it sailed through the NCT so i presume if it was anything else it would of shown up.
Bought the car off a lad during the summer with the D2 coilovers and D2 rear LCA'S already fitted by Westward Engineering so they were fitted correctly
The front 2 are fine no clunks from them just the rear. also the hard/soft adjusters arent fitted to the front or back still have them in a bag could it be that?
Top mounts have been checked and greased up along with evrything else and checked thouroghly by my mechanic.
Anyone have any similar problems with D2 coilovers??.
