Right, ignore the title as it's not exactly what I'm asking!

Since having installed the rear disc conversion with EG hubs/brakes on my EJ8 (EK chassis), my ABS light has been on......most of the time. My rear ABS sensors were for drum brakes, but the sensors seem to fit to the rear disc hubs?! However, since doing this my ABS light has been on, with no ABS.

BUT as strange as this sounds, after having installed my new engine and ECU etc, the ABS light intermittently turns off and ABS starts working again (although seems over-sensitive and only operates on the front), typically if I restart the car when warm.

I'm now guessing the rear drum ABS sensors are completely different to the disc sensors, and that I need to swap them over?!

Correct?

Did you count the amount of pickup teeth there is on the eg hub? Wrong amount will give a different reading between front and rear and the ABS light will stay on and/or you have a dodgy sensor. Check the flash code when it appears

Flash code?! Do you mean when checking the ECU for codes? Because if so, I don't get anything other than one relating to ELD (because my car does not have one, but some EK9's do?).

I've bought new EK9 ABS sensors, hoping if I swap these in for the drum sensors currently in place it will solve my problem!

Ok, so it doesnt give a ABS code ... Yeah try the sensors and see
