Rev counter not working ?

Rev counter not working, bought it with tacky white dials that had gone proud and looked as though was stopping the needle from moving

It did twich at times, now white dials have been removed cafefully with a blade, still nothing

Is the dial broke or is there a way of fixing it ?

if no joy is there is'nt is there a lower model civic that i can get one from if i cant get hold of a type R ones ? thanks

I have a set of lovely EK9 clocks i purchased last week, that are now for sale, i bought them off a member on here, although after buying them the problem i had still persisted and turned out to be a faulty speedo converter.

Can get hold of set of 'EK4 1.6 ES dials' for £30, would the rev work if i swapped it ? (i no its blue/red, but better than nothing )
