Many people put them in there ek? putting them in my ej9 over weekend hopefully. What have people done about the clock surround/fitment?
 
clocks where fine, then i took them out and back in and the clocks speed stays at 0. any ideas? wiring is fine
 
how are you adapting the speed pulse from the VSS, the S2000 VSS runs about 37x faster than the b-series!

Just make it yourself out of Perspex and 3m wrap :)
 
yer done it this morning, looks ok! just got to sort out why the speedo stopped working and the hazards don't work. Everything else is spot on.
 
Ah yeh big time, the only little thing I would say is when getting to speed is abit slow and going down but when you on the motorway/streets going steady speeds it alright.

I think the clocks go for £140-£170 then you will a converter unit which is £110 and the surround I have a mate that does carbon fibre so I just done a template for him.
 
I got the surround all done, fixed the hazards (fuse). They now work!! just trying to work out why the speedo stopped working. Strange.

Where did you buy the converter box from?
 
Speedo isn't working, was but then stopped. Anyone got any ideas? waiting for a mate to test the converter box by checking the in and out current with a volt meter. Its not the clocks, tried 2 sets. not a fuse. checked every single one. Anyone got any other ideas?
 
took it out the box, and found this. when i touch the cable cable to the metal on the board. speed still does not change? any ideas?
 
is the convertor home made? do you have a schematic.

which wires are in and out for the speed pulse and what chip are they connected to? can you post a decent top and bottom pic of the board?
