dont use the redline oil, it has sylicone in it which is BAD unless you drag race, just use the stock honda oil, or pennzoil synchromesh.

regarding the other parts, im not so sure i would have gotten spoon stuff just cause its priced so high but thats a nice list, im sure you will enjoy it.

Doh, i was told it was the best **** on the market as for the spoon parts, im a sucker for spoon/ mugen stuff. my skyline was only modified with top notch parts :Nismo, greddy, HKS, tomei, apexi etc.

I'm not going to say avoid any tranny fluid but honda, but I can say, from direct experience NOT to use redline MTF. I did not like it, and promply switched back to the new version of honda MTF. The only other synthetic fluid I would be willing to try is amsoil MTF.

I had a spoon direct airflow pipe on my vti coupe, couldnt notice much difference tbh?!
